By using whoispr — including visiting any page, sending a message, or creating a link — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What whoispr is for
whoispr is a platform for anonymous Q&A. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use. The platform is designed so that anyone can send an honest, anonymous message to another person.
What you must not do
You must not use whoispr to:
- Harass, threaten, or bully any person
- Send sexually explicit content involving anyone
- Share content that is illegal in your jurisdiction
- Impersonate other people or entities
- Attempt to identify anonymous senders through technical means
- Send automated or bulk messages (spam)
- Attempt to access data that is not your own
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems
Messages that violate these rules will be filtered or removed. Repeat offenders may be blocked from the service.
Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content of messages you send. whoispr provides the platform; you are responsible for what you put in it. We are not liable for messages sent by third parties.
We do not endorse any message content and are not obligated to review messages before they appear in inboxes. We do apply automated filtering, but no filter is perfect.
Message expiry and data
All messages expire 48 hours after they are sent. Once expired, they are permanently deleted. We do not guarantee the storage or availability of messages. Do not use whoispr as a permanent archive.
Service availability
We aim to keep whoispr available at all times but make no guarantees of uptime. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss arising from service unavailability.
Limitation of liability
whoispr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties. Our liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, which is zero, since the service is free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is based. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. We will update the effective date at the top. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
